Security Group is really pleased that in the past few months we have received some lovely reviews from our residential and commercial intruder alarm customers.
The company has been supplying intruder alarm systems in Bristol and around the south-west of England for 28 years. When the company was acquired by Worcestershire-based Ecl-ips in 2020 there was a commitment to continue to be customer-service focused. Additionally, since then we have improved our business processes and updated the security solutions we offer.
We are fortunate that the project engineer for Security Group, Sebastian Beddis, who joined the company last year, came to us as a qualified electrician who had specialised in fire and security solutions in the previous five years. Seb enjoys building up good customer relationships as well as helping people with their security challenges and solving puzzles and problems. His knowledge and friendliness has helped us gain the positive reviews.
Meanwhile, in the office, Seb is backed up by Angela Price, Business Operations Manager and Leanne Gough, Business Administrator. Together they ensure the customer service visits are scheduled properly and that any problems are solved.
Our latest Google review, which gave us five stars, from Phillippa Green, a commercial customer from Bath said we were, “always helpful and efficient.”
Another review came from Jennifer Smyth, a long-term customer and resident of Bristol, who sadly is now moving away and wanted to provide a review before that. She said “I have been with Security Group for so many years I can’t remember but have always had a first-rate service from them. A simple phone call to them and an engineer would soon be here to sort out what ever problem I might have. Problems have been very few because I had the annual maintenance agreement which gave me the security I needed.”
Meanwhile a resident of a block of flats in Bath, where we provide the intruder alarm system, said, “Our annual intruder alarm services are carried out by knowledgeable and helpful engineers. Recommended”
